Life without Max has left a giant hole in our hearts. His big smile, his devilish personality and his enormous kindness all within that 5’4 frame.
Along with our families, we would like to thank the many people who helped guide and support Max’s life from early childhood to young adulthood. None more impactful than Dr. Orin Devinsky (NYU Langone Comprehensive Epilepsy Center) and Dr. Steven Cantrell (Cantrell Eye Care, St. Louis, MO). Both of these doctors, work tirelessly helping seizure disorder patients like Max, to believe in themselves and to fight the fight.
Our goal is to provide the “Max contact lens” to Sunflower Syndrome patients identified by Dr. Cantrell live an independent life within their community including the ability to drive and to be outdoors without the fear of seizures.
Thank you for supporting the E2E Foundation and helping to honor Max’s life, his memory and his vision to “End Epilepsy”.
